Alvie and Dalraddy Estates

A family-owned business nestled in the Scottish Highlands, extending from the Monadhliath hills to the Cairngorms National Park, near the village of Kincraig. We’re located roughly four miles south of Aviemore, at the geographical heart of Scotland. Our estates offer a range of accommodations, including holiday cottages, a camping and caravan park at Dalraddy Holiday Park, and a hill farm featuring sheep and beef cattle. Additionally, we also boast native pinewoods, heather moors, and wood chip production for bio-fuel. Moreover, we have a rock quarry and a gravel quarry on the property.

We provide various activities catering to all interests, from thrilling adventures like zip wires and clay pigeon shooting to leisurely pursuits like archery, horse riding, and nature walks. Field sports, fishing, and red deer/squirrel photography opportunities are also available.
