We are currently recruiting for the following Outdoor instructor jobs in Aviemore with G2 Outdoor for the 2026 season:

Seasonal Watersports Instructors

Canyoning, River Tubing, Gorge Walking, Rafting. We’re looking for fantastic outdoor instructors to deliver our programme of water activities and help out on the Zip Park when we’re busy. As well as being brilliant with people, you’ll have a current first aid certificate, swift water rescue training and experience in the activities we offer as well NGB qualifications . Our seasonal instructors are usually employed from Mid March to October.

Seasonal Zip Guides

Are you great with groups, have some instructing experience and are happy high in the trees? Our Zip Guides are responsible for providing incredible, fun, safe zipline activities to all of our clients, working alone and as part of our team. As well as a current first aid certificate, you’ll ideally have outdoors and ropes experience – full training will be provided as our Zip Park is unique! Our season usually runs from March to October with the possibility of Night Zip work through to Xmas for the right person.

Summer Staff

We are busiest during the summer holidays and take on extra Watersports and Zip Park staff to help during the busy times. Students and outdoor instructors with plenty of free time over the summer should apply for our outdoor instructor jobs in Aviemore with G2 Outdoor.

Freelance Staff

We often have large group bookings and use freelancers to help staff our busiest days, especially in the water. You’ll be experienced, qualified and ready to jump straight in and work with our senior instructors. Sound like you? Send your us your CV.
