Re-opening of G2 Outdoor and the Zip Park update 26/06/2020
Currently we plan to reopen our Zip Adventure course as it allows social distancing for customers and staff. We can’t yet operate the Zip Trek course, Gorge walking, Canyoning and Rafting under current guidelines.
We are currently adapting our procedures to allow Gorge walking and Canyoning so watch this space or our Facebook page for updates.
If you want a to come Zip through the trees above beautiful waterfalls then book your Zip Adventure online here
The Zip Park new normal looks like this:
We have reduced group sizes and increased the adult supervision ratios to make social distancing easier.
We now only take advance bookings, either through our website or by phoning the office.
Please respect our staff and other customers by social distancing at all times and keep away from the kitting up area until the start time of your booking.
We will operate a one way system through the Zip Park from when you arrive.
On arrival, please visit our handwashing station.
You will kit yourselves up under the supervision of our Zip Guides. We will issue you with disposable gloves before you get kitted out. We will require you to wear them at all times.
While on the course you will need to be more self reliant as our guides will keep socially distant from you except in emergency situations.
We will ask household groups to stay at least two zip wires from other family / household groups when they are on the course.
You will need to physically able to complete the course. You need to be able to land and stand up at the end of each wire unaided, may need to pull yourself along the wire if you slow down before the end of the wire and adults will be responsible for helping kids and vulnerable adults in their group.
There is a video on our Zip Adventure page – please watch this to check you are physically able to complete the course unaided.
Adults will need to be able to help and supervise the kids they are responsible for.
All equipment will be appropriately cleaned between each use.

For those with bookings we will be in touch via email.
Feel free to get in touch as we want to get back up and running as soon as possible once expert advice allows.
Be kind, look after each other and catch you for some awesome adventures in the near future.
