Now thats more like it! Back to what we know and love about scottich ski mountaineering. Windy and raining and can’t see your hand in front of your face. But the clients still love it.
Took in the summit of Cairngorm today with a decent of the Ceist Gully. Snow was very heavy even on the summit and melting through all layers. It is part of the consolidation process even if it could be a little unstable today. If and when it turns cold again it will all stick together well.
Even though it was thick and heavy today my G3 Fevers eat it up no worries. They seem to love everything you can throw at them. Oh yes warm and dry in my Atom bibs and Spitz jacket as well.
Bring on more snow now!
